Ecodyst announce that Tiffany Cauthen has joined the team as Customer Service and Sales Manager.

Tiffany is a Graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Upon graduating she worked as a quality control chemist for an international flavors and fragrance company. Although Tiffany enjoyed laboratory bench work her outgoing personality drove her to a career in sales.

After leaving the lab she worked for a material processing equipment company as an outside technical sales representative for two years. “Having a background in both biology and chemistry has allowed me to have a deeper understanding for my clients’ SOPs used in the lab”, says Cauthen. Being affable has allowed Tiffany to develop strong business relationships with her clients, which led to her being awarded a top sales achievement ranking at her previous company.

Tiffany’s brings extensive customer service and sales experience from the cannabis industry to Ecodyst and this experience coupled with her knowledge and passion will be valuable to our customers.
